Sunday 4/3/2022

Travel day to Cabo San Lucas for People Managers.

*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Upon arrival in Cabo, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Workiz sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.

• You can use the pool while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive. Remember the beach is NOT swimmable in front of the Hard Rock and we ask that people do not even walk into the ocean at all. There is a huge cliff from the beach to the ocean and a bad rip-current on the coast.

6:30 PM-7:30 PM - People Managers Welcome Cocktail Party at the beautiful Gazebo overlooking the Pacific! A small group dinner to follow!

Tuesday 4/5/2022

Breakfast on Own. Ciao and The Market are both open daily for breakfast with a self serving buffet from 7:00-11:00am. The Cafetto located right off the main lobby is open 24 hours a day for morning grab and go breakfast, coffee, tea, snacks, and ice cream!

8:30 AM - 1:00 PM: General Sessions, Meetings will be held in the Harmony Ballroom located on the lobby level of the hotel.

8:30 AM - Kicking off 2022

11:45 AM - 12:00 PM - 2021 Award Winners

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - Customer Panel

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch Break. The Market (self serving buffet), Los Gallos (a la carte), and Pizzeto are open daily for lunch.

2:45 PM - 6:45 PM: Team Building Activity. Please meet in the lobby at 2:45 for the bus transfer to the dock! Enjoy the afternoon of fun in the sun with co-workers as you sail around Cabo. View the Cabo San Lucas rock formations including the famous arch and a gorgeous sunset. Keep in mind the ocean is cold this time of year in Cabo. There is a chance for whale sighting depending if the whales migrate on the earlier side of their season. 

Drinks will be provided on the boat! The dock is located about 30 minutes from the hotel.

Make sure you bring:

• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Cameras
• Bathing suit
• Towels - the water is cooler this time of year, but if you feel like taking a plunge, make sure you have something to dry off with!

8:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Small Team Dine-Arounds. This evening there will be small group dinners throughout the resort so the group can enjoy the fine dining options on property. Please check individualized itinerary for more details.

Wednesday 4/6/2022

9:00 AM - 1:30 PM: Team Breakouts Sessions - All meetings with be held in the Beats Conference Rooms located on the lobby floor of the hotel. A complete breakdown of the breakout sessions including agenda, designated meeting room, and topics will be released closer to SKO. 1:30 - 2:30 PM: BBQ Lunch Party and Corporate Social Responsibility Event. Today we will give back to the local community of Cabo San Lucas. After the morning meetings, we will enjoy lunch outside on the Beats Patio and  will work together as a team in a fun activity and donate to Casa Hogar! 

2:30 - 5:00 PM: Please join us at the pool for an afternoon of fun in the sun!

6:30 - 9:30 PM - Farewell Dinner - Join us on the Los Gallos Terrace for dinner and drinks to celebrate this year's accomplishments! 

For those looking for a nightcap, Workiz would like anyone who would like to join meet at the Moonlight Lounge after the Farewell Party.

The Moonlight Lounge is located off the main lobby and is open until 1 AM!
